The extraterritorial application of the new European regulation could so have a direct impact on the sector of ICTS in Tunisia, in particular the call centers which work for European companies and which manage databases, banking sector, service companies, information technology companies (in private individuals those specialized in the "cloud"), the operators of the TELECOM.M
The capacities of this new regulation are directly applicable since May 25th, 2018.
