Founded in 2005, The national Trade association of call centers and customer relationships renamed since 2017 Externalys is a structure being of the UTICA Tunisian union of the Industry, Trade and the Crafts, the national employers' power plant, created in 1947 Grouping the professional structures of the various not agricultural branches of industry Business, Services, Small business sector and Small Jobs, and by its Federation of the Digital technology.
                                  
Externalys coordinates and mobilizes the set of its members around the strategic objective of a bigger visibility and a better valuation of its business sector, in particular on the international stage.
